1. Booking and Payment Terms

1.1. Advance Booking Amount: A non-refundable booking amount of 30% of the total package price is required if the slot is booked more than 15 days in advance.

1.2. Full Payment: If the slot is booked within 15 days of the trip, the full payment is required at the time of booking. This amount will be non-refundable.

1.3. Final Payment: For bookings made more than 15 days before the slot, the remaining 70% must be paid at least 15 days before the departure. Failure to make the payment by this deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund of the advance.

1.4. Refund Policy: The booking amount is non-refundable if the trip is canceled within the last 15 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.

2. Cancellations and Changes

2.1. Trip Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other external factors, alternative options will be provided where possible. No liability will be accepted for additional costs or inconveniences incurred by the client.

2.2. Changes in Itinerary: All itineraries displayed on the website are subject to change based on local conditions, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify the trip itinerary without prior notice.

2.3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations: As per our refund policy, no refund will be provided for cancellations within the last 15 days. We encourage timely communication in case of any changes to your travel plans.

3. Liability and Responsibility

3.1. Health and Safety: We strive to ensure the health and safety of all travelers, but we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or other health-related issues that arise before, during, or after the trip. It is the traveler's responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing health conditions and carry necessary medications.

3.2. Accidents and Mishaps: We are not liable for any injury, mishap, or unfortunate incidents (including death) that may occur during the trip. We strongly recommend that travelers arrange personal travel insurance to cover such incidents.

3.3. Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings throughout the trip. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items during the journey.

4. Behavioral Expectations

4.1. Respectful Conduct: All travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and locals. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the individual being asked to leave the tour or denied further services without any refund or compensation.

4.2. Compliance with Local Laws: Travelers are required to comply with local laws and regulations. Any legal issues arising due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

5. Travel Documents

5.1. Identification and Permits: All travelers must carry valid identification and necessary permits/documents for the trip. We are not responsible for any delays or interruptions caused by incomplete documentation.

5.2. Passport and Visa (if applicable): For international travelers, passports and valid visas are the responsibility of the individual. We will not be responsible for any trip cancellations or delays caused by lack of proper documentation.

6. Travel and Accommodation

6.1. Changes to Travel Arrangements: All travel arrangements, including flight/train bookings, accommodations, and activities, are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. We are not liable for any changes in transportation or accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances.

6.2. Accommodation Standards: While we strive to provide quality accommodation as displayed on our website, the level of comfort and service may vary slightly depending on the location and season.

6.3. Transportation: All transportation arrangements are made with third-party providers, and we are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or service issues that occur during the trip. Travelers are advised to adhere to the scheduled times to avoid disruptions.

7. Special Needs and Requests

7.1. Dietary Restrictions: We will try our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences, provided that we are informed well in advance. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled in every location.

7.2. Accessibility: While we strive to provide comfortable travel experiences for all guests, including those with special needs, we cannot guarantee that every location or service will be fully accessible. It is recommended to inform us in advance of any specific requirements.

8. Trip Participation and Termination

8.1. Traveler's Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the traveler to be on time for scheduled activities and departures. Failure to adhere to the schedule may result in missed portions of the trip, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

8.2. Termination of Participation: If a traveler fails to comply with the behavioral expectations outlined above, or if their behavior endangers others or the success of the trip, we reserve the right to terminate their participation. No refunds will be given in such cases.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Unforeseeable Events: We are not liable for any delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by unforeseeable events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or other instances of force majeure.

9.2. Alternatives and Adjustments: In the event of force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives where possible, but travelers may be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

10. Age-Specific Trips

For trips designated for specific age groups (e.g., 55+), only travelers within the specified age bracket will be allowed to participate. If a person outside of the designated age group intentionally or unintentionally attempts to join the trip, the organizer reserves the right to refuse or expel the individual from the journey. This decision may result in no refund or, at the organizer's discretion, a partial refund. The traveler agrees to abide by this policy, and any related decisions will be final.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Informal Resolution: We encourage travelers to resolve any issues or complaints directly with our team during the trip to ensure the best possible experience.

11.2. Arbitration: In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to arbitration as per the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Behavior and Feedback

12.1. Feedback and Reviews: Travelers are encouraged to provide feedback to help us improve our services.

12.2. Social Media: Any photos, videos, or feedback shared on social media may be used by us for promotional purposes, unless the traveler explicitly requests otherwise.
